In your private session I will work with you in a way that is tailored to your body's needs and your own personal goals.  Whether that be for relaxation, movement improvement or strength building.

Before your first session I would like to go through with you your goals, reasons for wanting to work on movement and a brief health questionairre.  This will help me work with you in the best way possible.  Please choose a time slot for a brief 15 minute meeting and consultation via zoom and I look forward to getting you on your way with your movement sessions.
