Online Movement pack - 6 personal sessions
A series of six personal 1 hour movement sessions tailored to your needs and goals. The first session will consist of a short consultation to gather information about your health and movement goals. Depending on your wants and needs the sessions will guide you through a combination of Pilates and somatic movement practices.
You will also get a personal program written for you to develop your movement practice at home during the week. We will discuss ways you can implement this and make it work for your lifestyle to build a habit of movemente and exercise.
All online sessions are run via zoom so please make sure you have access to this as well as a camera that will allow me to see you whole body with side on view of your mat.
Tech specs
All online session are run on Zoom.
Please have a working camera and microphone and be able to position your camera in a place where I can see your whole body side on. Using a laptop will allow me to have the best view of you, mobile phone cameras will not allow me to see your body adequately.
