A space for you to relax your body through gentle movements. In this event I will guide you through movement and mindfulness practices to help you cultivate calm and serenity. This is a place for you to take time out, to re-set and to give yourself the self-care you may be needing at this time.

About the Event
The movements in this event will be gentle and suitable for most bodies. Â If you cannot get down on to the floor you can also do these flows seated in a hard-back chair. Â The central principle is to move for comfort and in a way that feels good for your body, so please bring cushions and blankets to use as props to keep your body comfortable. Â (As this is an online event, please look after your own body and consult a health practitioner before you participate if you are pregnant or have an injury that may be exaccerbated by physical movement or exercise.)
