A space for you to relax your body through gentle movements. In this event I will guide you through movement and mindfulness practices to help you cultivate calm and serenity. This is a place for you to take time out, to re-set and to give yourself the self-care you may be needing at this time.

About the Event

The movements in this event will be gentle and suitable for most bodies.  If you cannot get down on to the floor you can also do these flows seated in a hard-back chair.  The central principle is to move for comfort and in a way that feels good for your body, so please bring cushions and blankets to use as props to keep your body comfortable.  (As this is an online event, please look after your own body and consult a health practitioner before you participate if you are pregnant or have an injury that may be exaccerbated by physical movement or exercise.)
