Pilates or somatic movement
Are you looking for some help to get moving or just want to feel better in your body? Whether it be to relax, release bodily stress and tension or improve strength and posture, I can take you through a personal, one-to-one session that focuses on Pilates or somatic movement . I have two options for working with me, either in person in Brisbane (within 20 minutes drive of Brisbane CBD) or online over zoom.
Single one-to one session - online or in person
​If you'd like to try Pilates or Somatic movement in a one-on-one session where you will have personal guidance from me then you can book a personal session. Before our session I will establish your previous movement history, health situation and goals to see how a private session would be suited to you.
Booking in
