About the Event
Pilates is a system of strength and flexibility exercises. These movements focus on aligning and strenghening the body and improving function of core muscles. These exercises help you reduce pain and risk of injury due to poor posture and to keep you functioning optimally for ease of movement. I teach in a way that help you focus mindfully on your movements so you will begin to notice when you are standing and moving without alignment in your everyday life. You will also begin to feel stronger and will be able to move more easily as you do your daily activities.
So that I can give you feedback on how to exercute the movements safely please be willing to work with your camera on and in a position where I can see your whole body on the mat.
