Movement pack - 6 online sessions
A series of six personal 1 hour online movement sessions tailored to your needs and goals. The first session will consist of a short consultation to gather information about your health and movement goals. Depending on your wants and needs the sessions will guide you through yoga, somatic movement or Pilates practices.

Tech specs
All sessions are run on Zoom.
Please have a working camera and microphone and be able to position your camera in a place where I can see your whole body side on. Using a laptop will allow me to have the best view of you, mobile phone cameras will not allow me to see your body adequately.
