About the Event

Is now the time to learn Pilates? Yes! Across three Tuesday evenings you will learn the basics of mat Pilates. Take home skills to improve your movement and feel great in your body.


This Pilates mini-course will teach you the fundamental movements of Pilates so you can start building your core strength from day one.


No previous experience necessary and all levels of fitness welcome. You don't need to be fit to begin, just enthusiastic to learn more about your moving body and how to stay strong, flexible and mobile.


This is small group training so you will get personalized attention and learn at your pace. There will be max. 5 people in the class.


It is a beautiful, relaxing venue and all you need is a yoga mat (can be provided also). Any questions, just contact me.


Please note, there are stairs to access the venue.
