A private session is a great way to get personal feedback and development towards your movement goals. You will get personal, hands-on feedback and movements tailored to your strengths.
Please note before beginning private sessions you will need to fill out a brief health questionairre so that I may understand your physical health and movement history. I am qualified to work with people of general good health. If you have any undiagnosed pain, existing joint injury, spine injury, osteoperosis or other major health concern you will need to get clearance and guideance from your current health-care provider and I may not be able to work with you personally at this stage.
